Support Agreements

For those customers who rather pay for support with a fixed monthly payment, we offer our customers the option of purchasing prepaid support hours at a discounted rate, thus saving you time and money. This agreement is not binding and it implies no commitments from either party.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Prepaid customers receive priority response time.
  • Agreements are based on purchase of blocks of 25 service hours.
  • Prepaid service customer are not charged for onsite service call fees.
  • Prepaid hours do not expire.
  • Upon the depletion and usage of the prepaid hours, we will send the customer a report of services performed along with a renewal invoice (as long as the customer wishes to remain in the agreement).
  • Customers have  access to our web-based service request tracking system to submit request and check status on tickets.
  • You will save accounting time since you will be getting only one invoice per block rather than an invoice each time that we perform services for you.
